GCS Boys Basketball Team Wins 1st Round of Overall State Tournament |

On Wednesday afternoon, the GCS Saints won the first round contest against Jackson Prep, 60 - 53. They now advance to the second round to play Presbyterian Christian School, out of Hattiesburg. The game will be at 6:00pm, Friday, March 26, at the A.E. Wood Coliseum, Mississippi College, Clinton, MS. The fan bus will be leaving right after school Friday at 3:00pm. Get signed up and bring permission notes from your parents. |

The GCS Saints won the 2A MAIS State Title on Saturday, beating Claiborne 51 - 47. All Tournament players were D.C. Campbell, T.J. Hollins, Justin Leavy, Harry Williams, and Keldrek Young. |

Congratulations to the Varsity Boys winning the North State Tournament. They have advanced to the Class A State Tournament.
In the North State Tournament the following players were selected as All Tournament: Michael Hardy, Justin Leavy, Harry Williams, and Keldrek Young |
